MEXICAN DISHES

Mexican Ceviche: Fresh semiraw fish, spiced with chile, lemon juice and onion.
Sopesitos: Classical Mexican appetizers, tortilla with cheese, chicken, lettuce and hot sauce.
Nachos: Crunchy golden triangular tortilla chips
Nachos with "pico de gallo"sauce: tomato, onion and chile
Nachos with Guacamole: Typical Mexican sauce made of avocado, onion, tomato and chile.
Nachos with Fried beans: spiced beans with onion and chile
Chile&Carne: Delicious ground beef with tomato sauce, beans, jalapenos and cheese, great for parties or watching tv!
Nachos with cheddar cheese: melted cheddar cheese.
POZOLE: Red or White: white corn, pork beef with lettuce, radish and oregano.
ENCHILADAS: Typical Mexican dish, made of corn tortillas filled with chicken and topped with different sauces:
Red enchiladas: Bathed in red sauce, with cream and fresh cheese.
Enchiladas de Mole: Bathed in mole sauce, with mussarela cheese.
QUESADILLAS: Made of wheat tortillas with grilled cheese simple: ( Ham or linguiça, chicken, beef, or veggies)
FLAUTAS (CRUNCHY TACOS): Rolled, fried, corn tortilla, filled with: chicken, beef, potatoes or cheese.
SOFT TACOS: Soft wheat tortilla filled with:
Pastor: Pork beef marined in red sauce, with pineapple, onion and cilantro
Grilled beef
Grilled beef with bacon and pimento
